Clevelands are definitely COOL!

But like Slik said, more info is better...

Many stangs would just be goofy with a cleveland... lust like a 74 Mercury Cougar XR7 would seem goofy Without one

You can also build a good windsor stroker, with good heads they make great power. But you can also stroke a cleveland, and they make great power too. If I were you I would go with a cleveland.

Re: To Do Or Not To Do 351c

not really the cost of a rebuild of the 351c is cheaper then swapping over a FE motor or a 460 because those would most likely need to be built then swap parts found, as far as stock parts go you cant be a 351c for being a really solid motor and capable of good power with stockish parts

What people are asking are a few things..

1. What is your intention with this vehicle, do you plan on drag racing it, do you want to keep it numbers matching, do you want a car you can get in a drive everyday.

2. What is your budget?

3. If you don't want to drag race, but you want to drive on the street how fast do you want to go?

4. Is Fuel economy important to you I am guessing you are not from the USA so maybe parts availability is also a factor and maybe fuel prices also.

These are questions we need answered so we can give you advice on where to go from here.
