5.0 and 5.0 H.O.

Hello. Could someone explain to me the differences between a 5.0 and a 5.0 H.O.?

Can you install an H.O. cam into a non H.O? Do the pistons have to be changed?

No Problem!

There are other differences, but those are the main ones concerning the late 5.0L FI. Then there is the earlier 5.0L and the 302.

If you swap to an HO cam, you'll have to change your firing order, too (from 1,5,4,2,6,3,7,8 to 1,3,7,2,6,5,4,8)
