Clutch for 70 Torino 351c

Gents, I am looking for some guidance on which clutch facing and type you prefer. The car is a 1970 Torino with a 351c 4bbl and a top loader with 3.91 gears. The car has a bit of a cam and headers, but is used for street driving only. It will not see slicks. I know I could just buy an "organic" faced clutch but is there something better?

Thanks
