What oil pan for 408?

Well my oil leak has not gone away with replacing the head gaskets and resealing the pan with a new one piece rubber gasket ...It is much better though without the head gaskets leaking and I can see the oil stream coming down directly from the rear seal area on the front of the scattershield....I bought the milodon oil pan (model 30926) used on ebay and I think it may be the problem..It is also leaking along the edge of the sump area along the welded seam......So I am wondering if I should buy a new pan of the same model or try a different brand altogether..Any experiences or suggestions would be appreciated...

I have the same Milodon pan with no issues or leaks. Maybe I got lucky?

Re: What oil pan for 408?

I have that same pan, and mine isn't leaking......yet. I've had it off at least 5 times that I can remember off the top of my head. I know I've used several different gaskets with it. I went with the Milodon crushproof gaskets this time around.
If you go with a different pan, please let us know how it works.
