Job's done, had to use a 3/8 short 18 mm with an extra long toggle extension. Shaved a bit more metal off one flat of the extension and it went in the socket far enough to turn it.

If it didn't have AC it wouldn't have been bad,,,, with it..... I really hate front wheel drive!
