Finally ID\'d my C-4

Its a D5 C4, pan fill with the large bell. Any thoughts on what I should do to rebuild it and get it ready for my 86 5.0 with approx 350-380 flywheel hp. I'm gonna run 150hp shot of spray on it occaisionally.

I was thinking: TCI Super Pro kit, stall converter based from cam's specs(have to look it up again), Deep pan, reverse manual valve body.

Any thoughts on which servo is better? I couldn't tell for sure what mine is. What about the kick down with a r.m. valve body, do I need it? If I go with the small bell will it work with the pan fill tranny and clear my T-5's long tubes?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm new to the C-4 stuff..

Thanks!

You don't need a kickdown connected with a manual v.b.You can remove the k.d shaft and knock a 3/8" ball bearing in the hole with a bit of sealer.
What you have outlined is fine.Go to at least 5 clutches in the hi/rev clutch.
Go with either an 'R' or 'H' servo

Cleaned it all off, and the servo is an "H" on the cover. So I'm assuming that it is an H servo, is this correct?

Thanks for the help! I will be tearing off the bell housing soon, and getting one from a 3.8L V-6 and seeing if it measures up and will work on a 302.

Cool, now I have to see if my exhaust will clear.

Anyone out there know if the exhaust from a T-5 (Fox body) MAC 1 5/8" Longtubes and H-pipe will clear a large bell, pan fill C-4??
