Is what a lockup or non lockup the C5 tranny from the other post?

It says it's a lockup with the clutch omitted so I would say that's a non lockup converter made for the lockup converter C5. That means it's the proper depth/size to use in a lockup C5 but it doens't lock up since the clutch is omitted.
