Not Shifting
I just finished putting in my new 347 and C4 from TCI. The first drive I took it did not shift, it manually shifted from 1st to 2nd and would stay in 2nd if shifted to Drive or stay in 1st if starting off in drive. Then after I drove it alittle I could get it to manually shift into Drive if the RPMs were around 2200. It would not downshift or upshift in drive. After I messed around with the hose for the vacum it will not shift still and when I put it into drive it goes into neutral. Same thing though if I start in drive it would stay in first and can manually sift to 2nd. There is right around 12 lbs of vacum on the end of the hose that connects to the trans. Thanks for any advice

Not Shifting
Installed copper tubing to make sure good vacuum and now it is the same. Can manually shift from first to second. Drive will stay in 1st at start and 2nd after I shifted to 2nd. No up or downshifting. Could the vacuum modulator need to be adjusted?
