Another leak: how to stop a maunal control lever leak?

On my second O-ring, and it's still leaking. All the parts look good, but she still drips out the lever.

Any suggestions?

Is it just an o'ring ? There is a special square type seal for there

YEah, just under the 1/2 nut. Rebuild kit came with a replacement one.

Not this tranny, but where the nut is missing, goes the o-ring.
However not that I think about it, it might be the larger lever...

Yes that seal to go in there ,is not an o'ring ,it is a special square section seal.. I don't mean the selector seal in the case.

I use a "quad ring" on the small shaft. The cross section looks like it is four o-rings glued together or a cloverleaf. That means it has twice the sealing surfaces and higher pressures in the area of contact.

Can someone snap a picture of this seal?
Have a part number?

All I see are o-rings... #6 in pic.

Number six is an o-ring but there is a quad ring in most kits that will fit a slightly worn shaft and bore well enough to keep it from leaking.
