C4 Transbrake

i`m instaling a valve body with transbrake,but didn`t work, do i have to do something to the case or just install the valve body and conect the 12volts cable.

Who's transbrake are you installing? Is it an internal or external solenoid?
My Performance Automatic I just ran the connector thru the modulator hole and supply 12 volts when I want the tranny brake to engage.

thats what i did, it is internal solenoid ,i believe that when you shift to reverse it does not have the to work the reverse until you turn on the transbrake is this true because mine does work whit the transbrake of. when i shift forward turn on the transbrake and it is the same.
