Sure do have some info!! The rotating assm is made for a 9.5" deck height. 69 blocks are machined to AROUND 9.48. I say around cause the factory does not do it to exact spec. Took minimal to clean it up but it still puts the pistons out of the hole. Mine ended up being around (if I remember correctly) .021 out of the holes. I was not going back and machining pistons, and rebalancing the assm. So I got some Cometic head gaskets that were like .060 thick. That keeps your .038-.040 quench. This works great on mine. I have over 3 years on the motor and have never had a problem. Piston to valve clearance was a ton. If you get a good aftermarket piston, they will have alot of clearance machined right in. But you STILL need to check it. Mine was a Scat rotating assm from A.D. performance. Had probe dished pistons. Brian can tell you exact part #'s and he is the cheapest I could find. Very knowledgable also.
