finally went back to the track....

It was great to get back out and have some fun at the track again. After running my best ever times in late November, I found a problem and had to pull my heads for repair. I had it running by January, when I tore third gear out of my pro-shifted trans on the way home from work. I put my stock trans in and went back to the track in Febuary to try and take advantage of the cold air-only to rip the facing off the clutch the first pass.
Anyway, went to the local 1/8 mile track this past Saturday and had a blast. Bolted on the slicks but left the tailpipes on and the stock T5 in there. My best passes were 7.36@92.8 granny shifting and 7.28@93.1 powershifting. Had an all time best 60 ft of 1.505-I guess the car like the 3.35 first gear over the 2.95 in my pro-shifted box.

Although I redlit and the proceeded to miss 2nd, it’s a pretty good shot of the launch.

It's all about having fun!!!! You have some excellent R/T's and your 60's are to die for.

I have found that it is tough to get a video at night and nothing seems to help if the track isn't extremely well lit. Irregardless, it is always neat to see you and your car going down the track.

I am amazed that stock T-5 was up to the task!

I was working on my reaction times friday as well(I usualy fall asleep at the light,LOL) I red lighted three times but they were -.021,-.007 and a -.014 . I'm leaving on the last amber so I need to blink or somthing before letting go of the t-brake button and I should be close!!

Most of the time it requires a calendar to measure my r/t-for some reason I was a little sharper Saturday.Usually if I my r/t starts with a zero I'm happy.

Those are some sick 60 footers and some sweet RT's!!! Good to see you got her running again.
