90/10 strut help

I will be installing 4 cyl frt coil springs this winter and 90/10 struts. Any kind of problem with running 90/10 on the street ?

Re: 90/10 strut help

I ran 90/10 shocks on my Nova with big block years ago on the street. Nova never handled good either way. Actually when I got it, the shock looked like old junk. I went and bought a set of adjustable 90/10 to 70/30s and installed on car and figured it would hook better. I had it on the the 70/30 range and I spun more. I pulled the old shocks out of the garbage and cleaned them off and they were Carrara (sp) chrome racing shocks! It did ride a little better on the 70/30 setting.

Re: 90/10 strut help

I drive my 68 with 90/10 on the street w/o problems. I am not trying to take corners at full speed, but it does all right.
