There are some big horsepower cars on this forum, but what the heck. Here's mine:

448 rwhp and 422 rwtq, street car, through the cats and passes California emmisions. It is set up with a road race suspension, so the quarter mile times suck. Probably mostly due to my driving skills.

Cool! Definately an eleven second ride.
From looking at the dyno, looks like changing the fuel curve was worth 50 HP. What was done differently between the 2 runs on the slip?

Actually it was a hot day, and according to the dyno guy, the air/fuel change wasn't enough to make more than a 2-3 horsepower difference. The last three runs were pretty much back-to-back, so it shows how much horsepower you lose on a hot day. My car lost 25 between the 6th run and the 9th run. The 6th run was the 448 rwhp run, so if the engine was cool it probably makes more than that. No wonder icing the intake works so well...
Yours looks awesome. What kind of power does she make?

Nice ride! A very well thought out package.

What all did you do with the suspension?

Actually I removed the A/C. It was starting to run a little warm at times. I have the inner-cooler, so I had that radiator in front, then the A/C radiator, then the regular radiator. By the time the air got to the radiator it was already hot! Plus, I like the look of the engine bay without it, and I really didn't use it anyway, since the days I really need it are the days the car would overheat when I used it. The car runs totally cool now.

So far I have done the following to the suspension: Griggs subframe connectors, Griggs torque arm and panhard bar, Hotchkis lower control arms (uppers and quad shocks gone with the torque arm and panhard bar), and I just put Bilstein coil-overs in the back. Adjustable ride-height, very sweet.
On the front, just BBK springs, Koni Reds and MM camber/caster plates. I guess you can consider the roll bar a suspension piece, stiffens things up a bit. Handles great, but it doesn't launch very well.

Again, nice ride.

I know what you mean about the launch. I have a Maximum Motorsports suspension with torque-arm setup on my car. I was hoping it would hook better than it does off the line, but the ride quality and handling are totally worth it.

gotta love late model power. What else you gonna get 500hp with a stock sounding and runnig engine that isnt a sports car. Too bad you lost your ac, somtimes you have to give alittle.

Yeah, but I really wasn't using it that much anyway, and the payoff with how much cooler it runs is worth it. It would be nice to still have it, but oh well. You are right, you gotta love late-model power, over 500 hp, passes smog, runs reliably enough to drive to the track (over 2 hours), run and drive back home, handles great, etc. I would love to buy an older car and hop it up too, but it's amazing what the computers can do.

I am sure you don't ever have any plans to put your A/C back on but if you did all you would have to do to keep the car cool would be to install a Dual SPAL fan setup. that is way better the factory engine driven fans and clutch fans. I run them on my car and my car with just the stock radiator they will keep it running at 185 on a 102 degree day and that is sitting in traffic!! Spal fans are some of the best electric fans on the market. Just an FYI if you ever do decide to put your A/C back on.
