Ran my 347 with ac and through the mufflers with a tremec and made 370 RWHP and 367 ft-lbs torque! This is a 85 GT Mustang that weights with me in it 3300lbs! Have a 3.73 gear with a 28/10/15 slick! Then I hit a 200 shot of nitrous with a plate system and made 581 RWHP and 580 ft-lbs of torque! Ran 10.92 at 127.8 mph on nitrous with the 331(THOSE OTHER NUMBERS ABOVE WITH THE NEW 347) and was never dynoed, and want to know if these 347 figures will beat the 331 on nitrous?Same 200 shot! And what would the et be and mph on the motor with the 347? The 331 was never run on the motor and trying to get a ballpark on motor and nitrous of my NEW 347!! Thanks for the Bigs info. What was the horsepower it made? The cam is a hydraullic roller by Comp Cams.It actually is there nitrous grind and think why my horsepower should be around 400 rwhp on the motor. The cam falls off fast at 5600rpm's and won't go any higher.I'm not getting the potential out of my CNC Canfield heads and Victor Junior intake! The number is NX274HR-14 555/570 valve lift and 274/286 lift.At .050 224/236 with a 114 lobe seperation and 110 intake centerline.Running 1.7 rockers so figure lift about 596/612.Running sraight up on timing chain. But it likes the spray.Does anyone have any suggestions on a good cam and what model number.Cam Motion,Anderson Motorsports, etc. If not considering pulling the heads and installing a solid roller!Heard heads have to come off because lifters are too tall and won't fit!THANKS for any info available!

Take a look at AFM's cams as they have better choices for a strip 5.0 stroker.
