Just how commited are you to doing this "right"?
Chi has a manifold for ya'.
...
New for 2007, we have our one piece 400M spider manifold. We have eliminated the need for spacers with our new 400M Cleveland manifold to suit our 3V 218, 225 and 185cc heads.
The manifold comes with a CNC machined valley tray cover, making installation as simple as possible. The valley tray has three drilled holes that correspond with the original factory block valley seal locating holes.
The existing factory block valley rail holes are the correct size for a 1/4UNC tap, and which once threaded appropriately, allow the valley plate to be secured to the blocks end rails.
The new 400M manifolds are available for both 4500 Dominator Carburetors as well as 4150 Holley Carburetors... it's not cheap, but from the spec's - It'll feed that engine everything it needs to get it running.
