Looking into buying a chassis dyno

Where would be some good sites to find a used chassis dyno for sale. I'm wanting either a Mustang or Dynojet with the most common options.

I have been wanting to do this as my first step in trying to start a performance shop for several years and I'm tired of waiting. Besides when my bank suggested starting an LLC when I was talking to them about some other loans it just seems to be a good time to take this small risk.

Re: Looking into buying a chassis dyno

I'd call Mustang or Dynojet for leads. I'm sure you're already on-top of this, but get a 'steady-state' type dyno (not inertial) that usually uses eddy current loading. They are far more useful than the inertial types for most applications.

Re: Looking into buying a chassis dyno

A friend and I have considered buying a dyno, but need something that is rated over 450hp.

That's just a bit too light-duty.
