Re: Hedman Mustang headers

#88-663 they do look almost the same!
ball/flange mounting
But, they ARE $265.00(bill from Summitt)
And,
I just bought the #88-308's from Summitt -$263.00

Re: Hedman Mustang headers

Billy I;m going to call Hedman on Monday:
See what the diff. is
I just checked the bill for both sets - $265.00/$263.00
And, i called my buddy doing the same Fatman coil over/rack & pinion install as i am, He bought $88-308;s too, $275.00
So, either there is a thickness/ball flange difference or we both got ripped!
Even with tax & Canadian $$ there can;t be that much differnce in cost in a week!

Re: Hedman Mustang headers

I;ve got a call into the Rod shop, that got me the 2nd pair,
If it does turn out they are somehow in 5 days, now, 150 bucks, i will certainly adjust my price accordingly, but, i swear to you & i will show the 2 invoices to anyone that i paid over $250.00 for each set.
I guess, taxes ,Can. $$, (but $$ is almost even), shipping might be the killer,
I don;t know as there is just a Total on both invoices,
Will get to the bottom of this & post asap,

Re: Hedman Mustang headers

Wasn't using that as a lowball, just didn't seem right that you paid 260 for them with that part number. I'm not questioning what you paid, just the part number.
Thanks, Bill

Re: Hedman Mustang headers

Well, seems by the time you get em to Canada

I called Gord, my friend, who is also doing this same swap & he did order right from Jegs, to save some $$.
#88-308;s which are exactly the same but for a sm.block into a Mav.
$165.00 & had em shipped right to him
Fedex was $54.00 plus a "brokerage" fee of: $49.40
and of course the Taxes - 5% GST & 5% pst
Free trade has really helped us in Canada
I guess i should have added - For Sale - Canada only
