Widened(ing) stock type steel rims

Hi Gang,
I'm a '61 T-bird guy without a forum to call home (anyone know of any?). I haven't seen too many rodded bulletbirds...cogs and sprockets turning in my head.

Im not fond of any aftermarket rims for this vintage ride...they all look WRONG. Does anyone know where I can get stock style steel wheels wider than 5" or widened.

Wheel Vintiques did mine for the Model A. The will do any width, backspacing and center style that you want. I bought two 15 X 8's with 46 Ford centers, 46 hub caps and beauty rings for around $275. Very nice steel wheels.

I had some 15 x 8 steels made that ran $90 each to make,that included the rim.
