Largest rear tires possible on a 64'

The last year, I have been dealing with Dutchman http://www.dutchmanms.com/ out of Portland and have found that they are willing to deal more tham Currie, Moser and a few others. Tese guys are hotrodders / street rodders...not some company who see us only as a $$$ figure.

As for your center section, deal with Randy's in Washington. They will meet or beat just about any price you find with excellent selection of accessories.

The rear end should be 1" to 2" narrower each side for a better wheel selection and fit.

The stock width housing makes the clearance between the drum and wheel lip too tight to even get a big tire in there.

With the inner fender moved in to the frame edge (about 1 1/2&quot[img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]i can run a 15 x 10 with a 9x30 slick (13" overall width) confortably, the 10.5 x 29.5's rubbed.

The big deal is diameter, the front edge is just too close to run more than a 26" tall tire, this can be cut easily to allow 28" tires.
