I need new springs for my 64 will mustang leafs & coils work?

The rear springs are 62-65 fairlane specific. Crite's sells them for around $275 I think. I have a set on my '65. Nice springs, but a little too soft. I'm not sure about the coils.

I ordered some hi lift springs from JC whitney. Look pretty decent. There is a label on them that says they are made in usa. I forget the price, but was way less than 275.

Eaton can make you a spring for the front or rear. But getting the old ones out and the new ones installed can be a bitch. They are approx 19-20" tall and about 6" in diameter. Standard internal spring compressor you can buy isn't big enough. I had to add about an inch to one arm (the short arm) on each end of my spring compressor.
