If my memeory serves me correctly it is just a straight piece of
rectangular tubing that you weld in. That was about six years ago i seen them, didnt care for it, made my own that welded in front of rear wheel then angled in and welded to various spots of the floor board then tied into front braces coming down.

I haven't put them in yet, but I have them and the rear traction bars. It has been a bit cool to open the garage so I can jack the car up and weld under it. Here is a link to some pictures where someone else installed them.

OK,I'm almost done.

The so called "frame connectors" from crites were NOTHING but two straight peices of 2*3 tubing that needed COMPLETE customizing in order to make them work. Being a dork I paid shipping, dudy, and exchange to US dollars for something I could have bought at my local metal shop.

That's funny about the shipping. I've done stuff like that before! Doh!

Check out Global West Engineering. I got their subframe connectors for my early Falcon. They are top quality, heavy gauge round tubing, already cut to the right length with heavy duty flanges already on. Powdercoated even. It was simply a matter of cleaning the areas on the body where they weld to, and welding them in. It seriously stiffens the chassis and lets your whole suspension work more effectively. I forget what I paid, but it was very reasonable for the quality and service. I highly recommend GW.
