64 front frame repairs

I was looking for some ideas on how you guys fixed the rusty pass. side frame rail on the 64's. I'm fairly sure mines not the only one with this ate up mess![img]/phpBB/images/smiles/icon_bicker.gif[/img] Any suggestions?

Before you cut, make plenty fo measurements do you can put it back in the proper place. If at all possible, leave the out side of the frame rail. If is probably not hurt much since it was galvanized steel.
