value of a 67 fairlane conv.

my dad just got a 67 fairlane conv. cheap. it has no motor or trans. needs new top, body work, and interior. if he just does the body work and has straight body in primer ready to be painted, how much could he realistically get for the car. how much more would it be worth if it had a good running stock 302 motor in it. he doesn't plan on keeping the car. just wants to do a little and make some money for his street rod project.
