Coil Spring Compressor

I am in need of a coil spring compressor for my '64. Is there anybody close (Pittsburgh) that has a good, SAFE, reliable compressor they want to sell or rent out?

Or if you guys have suggestions for something to buy I'd appreciate it. I have to remove these for replacement and shock tower surgery. If I hear of an excellent compressor I may just buy it; I know it'll get used with all the junk Fairlanes sitting around here!

Thanks,
Craig Sutton (I'm new by the way)

I built a compressor from threaded rod and steel plate that works very well. I have some pictures of it posted at http://f1.pg.photos.yahoo.com/dwightandcindy

Thanks for the replies. I don't have new ones yet but will be changing over to an FE over the winter. The car was originally a 200-6 and with a 289 it's already got the SAGS bad!

I heard Crites is selling heavy duty springs for FE conversions. I'll check them out this weekend at the Ford Expo.
