1970 ford torino.............can you rear disc this....for cheap?

Okay..........every thing is telling me that Lincoln would be a good retro, but, has anyone specifically had any luck with this on a 1970 ford torino???? It would be nice, if this could fly. What do you guys think????

From what I've heard, if you need parts it could get very expensive. If you need one with everything (still would need freshened up EX. turn rotors etc.) let me know I have one for $150. I live in Wisconsin though....Good Luck! James

Wow......cool Tbolt! Very nice potential. You said, in response to my posting that "you have one". What does that mean? A Lincoln rear with the discs? That would be cool. What year is it, and what did it come out of? All I would need is the disc brake hardware(backing plates, e-brake stuff, rotors, and calipers.

The rear end is out of a 1978 Lincoln Mark V. I used the engine out of it. I took the rear out before having the car hauled away. I just cut some of the support stuff to facilitate the removal. Try doing a search through the forum to see what info you get. Go to the search key. Good Luck! James
