droping a 351c in a 68 chero

what problims will i have making a 351c fit in a 68 chero compartment

First I want to say I've never done it, but I'm sure it would be no problem since they put big blocks in them. The motor mount location should be the same as the 289 and 302's. Perhaps someone will chime in who has dome it and give more details.
