tires/wheels for 67 fairlane
What is a good tire and rim combination for a 67 fairlane to get a little height and width without rubbing the fenders?

My buddy runs a set of Magnum 500's on his '66. If I remember they are 15 x 7 in front with 215/65-15 (I think) and 15 x 8 with 255/60-15 on the back. He has not mentioned any rubbing that I am aware of.

There's a yellow Fairlane in the December issue of Popular Hot Rodding that's running 315/35R17's with 17x11's all around. Looks pretty cool.
