332 hot rod info?

I have a 58 with a 332 interceptor and would like to find out all I can on this powerplant. I have been a Chevy man for years and don't know too much about these Fords. I'm looking for what ever I can find on how to get as much HP out of this engine as I can without breaking the bank. Anyone have info on books or websites I can check out to learn what bolts to this block to produce as much power as I can get.Thanks for any info. Ranger 315

You have the smallest FE they put in passenger cars.It was the first version of it.You would be a lot of money ahead to just get another 390 and replace it.The 332 came with mechanical cam,machined combustion chambers.It is the same as the 352 of that year only a shorter stroke.Some guys like the machined combustion chamber heads and mechanical rocker setup for racing but otherwise,its just a cruizer in my opinion.That being said,its an FE and just about anything that bolts to a 390-428 is interchangeable.(just about)
