MY LAST POST CONTAINS A LINK TO THE PDF FILE!

That way our buddy doesn't have to send out 100 emails. Right click on the link in my last post, "save as" and you got it!

Thanks to you we have it hosted and my emails have gone way down. LOL I don't mind sending it though so you can still email me if you need it.
