Magnum 500\'s on a \'66 Fairlane

I'm looking at getting some Magnum 500's for my '66 Fairlane. I'd like 225/60/15 tires for the front, 255/60/15 for the rear. Which size Magnums have any of you used? Shall I go 6" on the front or 7"? Shall I go 7" or 8" on the rear? What back spacing of wheels do I use? I seem to recall 4-1/4" or so backspacing on 7" wheels. I'm not sure. Any help or opinions is appreciated.

This is a 67 I owned a few years ago.

15x7 with 245x60x15's all around.
