Spring assisted shocks for my 64 f/lane front end????

Does any one make these for the front of the 64 f/lane so you can eliminate the coils in the front end,or is this a chevy only thing.

Good call on that one any one know where i can get all the specs on shocks and springs for the 64 fairlane ,I will need them to see how close i can come in size and dimention with QA1
