Im Kerry, im 18 and i own several fords,6 total. my MOST recent purchase is a rusted out 70 Fairlane. but i figure since its a Fairlane 500 and not a 70 Torino, it might be worth somethin some day. I was wondering, not exactly how RARE it is, but how rare is it to see a 70 Fairlane. all the ford specific car shows ive been to, Ive never seen a 70 Fairlane, just torinos. the car isnt anything special, 302 2V, Column Auto. wheel covers, blue on blue. i figure $300 isnt too bad so i bought it.

Just so you know, there's at least on other '70 Fairlane 500 out there in the world [img]/forums/images/smiles/icon_smile.gif[/img]

Mines blue on blue with a slow 302 just like yours.. was in good shape when I bought it though.

Not sure a Fairlane 500 will ever be worth a bunch, but it sure is a cool car.
