1962 Fairlane 500 with soft top
I have a friend who is looking at a 62 Fairlane 4 door with what the seller is calling a soft top or a sun roof. Neither one of us can find anything on the Internet that tells anything about this type of car. It's a sliding type of sun roof. Was this a factory option? A dealer option? IF anyone has any info on this I would definitely be interested to know about this option for this year. I am attaching a pic so you can get a better idea about how the sun roof works. It's a profile shot but you can kind of make it out. This is all I have.

Definatley not a factory item.
No such otion avail. in 62 or any other year up to 65 for sure
