66 Fairlane Hardtop for sale nearby - Value?

I am going to look at another Fairlane that I found nearby. 10-15 year old restoration with very little driving since then. From what I can gather this person's dad restored the car years ago and really did not drive it that much, and he has since passed. It has the GT hood and stripes but is a Z code car. It does apparently have the original engine and transmission. The interior is nice with recovered bucket seats and console. It also has a new carpet and headliner that was never installed. They said it would probably need a repaint since it has some flaking in a few areas but there is almost no rust and no bondo. How much would a car like this be worth?

As it sit's about $1900

At least that's what I'd be willing to go to.
