Re: fairlaine and mustang parts mix?

I know brake drums are the same, for that is how I got a couple for my Mustang years ago.

Re: fairlaine and mustang parts mix?

Most of it will interchange i.e. if it has drums you can use Mustang rotors and spindles. When I measured the strut rod mounts, they were a couple inches shorter. The only other difference I know of is the rear springs are an inch shorter. I have Mustang A arms and lower control arms and strut rods. Haven't had to mess with tierod ends yet. Also mid size Merc stuff works well i.e. Comet, Montego, Cyclone if there is any around
