LOL!!! When I bought the car the whole interior was cherries!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! I pulled everything out but that 1 little piece. I left it there to remind me how ugly it really was!!!!

Do you know what years are the same or similar? You already have me looking. Way to go.
I know for a fact that the 94-95 New Yorkers will work, thats the only years that pick and pull has. I also know that up to 97 LHS will work, but I didnt like the pattern in the leather as much!!!!!

Well I have success in this area also!!!! I took an electric regulator from a 1995 Ford Escort, and made it work!!! It took a little time to get the curve on the track right so it wouldnt bind, but it works!!!!

You keep hangin around here. I like your ideas. When you get it worked out you might consider a tech article. Other wise take some pictures and show us here. I am doing a rear end and 4R70W auto in mine this winter that I will try and document.

Re: Modern Leather in a 62 2 door!

I am trying to make the interior more modern.... I am running outta ideas!!! LOL I am trying to decide wether to build a center console or to try to find one that will fit.... Either way, I am planning on glassing the console and then covering it in leather.... Ive got alot of plans with the car, but being a retail store manager, I dont have alot of time this time of year!!!! LOL

Any other ideas that I could guinnia pig for, I have access to any parts at pick and pull for a song and dance!!!!!
