I wish that was my shop Walt!

A old buddy of mine from the motorcycle days has been building cars almost his whole life.

His wife has a real job and we all just hang out over there!

5 lifts including one in the paint booth!

Damn Johnny, I didn't know I was helping to creat a monster I'm glad you are going at it full swing. Then later when you decide to build a mild 550-600HP 466(or stroker) you'll be able to put it to the ground somewhat. Crites has a trans crossmember and trans mount for a C-6 in that chassis? I assume you got the swap kit for a '66 Fairlane since they are the same engine compartment as the '66-'69 Falcon. You're going to have fun no doubt. Glad to be one who helped you see the 460 swap is easy and inexpensive. Keep us updated! I'm not tubbing mine at all. I can fit 30-12.5-15 slicks in my wheel wells with some rolling of the wheel well lips and moving the rear end back 1". I found out my NOS '67 Falcon grill, and headlight bezels bolt right on the '68-'69 Falcons and matches the NOS '68/69 hood lip moulding beautifully. Totally changed the looks of the front end. My wagon looks much more aggressive now. I'm still looking for an NOS '68-'69 grill though so I can change out when my mood changes and make the car look different sometimes. I already have NOS '68-'69 headlight bezels so I only need a grill. I may have stubled on a nice '67 Falcon Sport Coupe locally but not sure yet. It will only get my spare 466 but the wagon will get the big gun. Can't wait to see your car when it's done. Keep us updated.
