I'm not sure who these beauties all belong to.. but I just think each looks awesome and just had to share them.

And finally my all time favorite...

Please post your best falcons!

coolfalcon,
I wish.. I just pulled mine out of my wifes grandfathers backyard (last parked 8 years + ago before he passed). Its a 63 Red Falcon Futura Hardtop 2 door with much potential... these pictures are the result of my search for slick looking falcons to patten after.

The last red one is my favorite and gives me inspiration. I've redone several cars for street use...and want to do the same for this family red bird. Make ole Pop proud.

Well good luck with it. Ive had mine in primer for the last four years and i will only paint it when all the mechanical work is finished. How do you intend to rebuild the Falcon? Heres mine just before starting the mustang II steering.

Man, the 63 hardtops are just sweet. I'll never forget the first one I saw. It sorta looked like a mini-tbird to me (well, I was only 7 at the time..)

coolfalcon,Great Looking Car.

On what I like.. I'm really loving the red car above. I want a warmed over 302, C4 or FMX tranny, not sure on what rear end to go with at the moment.. but I need something else stronger as this is a 170 six car. I'm thinking about running the 4 lugs for a while till I can get a good donor car. This is a project.. not a daily.. so I have time to play.

I want something my family and I can cruise in on weekends and car club meetings..plus the fact that it was my son's Great Grandfathers car. I want it to be right for him one day.

I'm not sure... I just found these photos online. I too was curious if those 16s or possibly 17s were fitting under stock wise or did he have to modify.

Anyone know the max tire combo for a 63 stock situation?

i have a 63 with the 68 mustang gt wheels on it those fit well. i am running a 205 70 r14 on it now and i have about 1 inch of room on thefront side of the rear wheel well. i dont think the overall size would be the hard part. does anyone know the backspacing on a 68 gt mustang wheel off the top of their head? i will have to pull a wheel off at home and take a measurement. if i remember right i think it is somewhere between 4-4-1/2" backspacing. if you could get that in a 16 with low pro tires i bet it would work without too much mod. i want to try it but i need to save 2k first for the combo. if anyone has any tips on this i would appriciate it! thanks!
