1965 Falcon shock question

Hi I was wondering if anyone put 427 or is it 429 galaxy front shocks on a 302 1965 Falcon. If I did this do you think the ride would be to harsh? or would it be ok? Any insite would be ok.

If you want to firm it up some, just use good gas shocks. I'm not sure the others would even fit.
