new ford crate engines

Anybody put the new 302 crate engine with the aluminum heads in a 64 falcon.if so what clearance issues did you have with the exhaust manifolds,or will this engine fit with out major modifications to the shock towers.
the one i'm looking at is the m-6007-B50 with 320 hp

Fits like a 260 of 289 would. Should be no trouble at all. Tim.
