Headers for Victor Jr Heads port match

Anyone know of headers that fit the 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 exhaust port size of a victor jr head and fit correctly on 65 falcon?

Did you get any info on this? I'm looking in to the same issue. My Vic Jr ports are closer to 1 3/8 x 1 3/8. I'm running Doug's Headers Tri-y made for the Falcon. Problem is that he ports are rectangular shaped ... approx 1 1/4 x 1 1/2 from 1 5/8 diam exit tube . The headers fit the Falcon perfect. I'm going to call some machine shops and see if they can reshape the header ports to square and weld in a square port replacement flange.

try here, they have swap headers for the Mustang and Falcon for after market heads. 1 5/8 stepped up to 1 3/4.

Ended up having a machine shop grind the sides of the header ports out at an angle to match the Felpro 1486 gasket (Edelbrock Vic Jr square ports). Came out pretty good, will definitely improve flow. Can't beat the fit of the Dougs Headers on the '64.
