Why don't you furnish us a little more information, like what you have done to fix the problem. Have you checked the bulbs, the sockets, the grounds on the sockets? Maybe you don't need a wiring harness if only a few things are malfunctioning.
Have you checked Ebay? I see wiring harnesses on there quiet often.
Do you have a repair manual, if not it will be a good investment.
