Dart Iron Eagle heads and Hookers

I have 64 Falcon Sprint with a 302, Top loader and Dart Iron Eagle heads. I have heard that Hooker Super Comp headers will not fit. Is this correct? Just want save the pain.
Thanks

They cover the spark plugs on the drivers side.

Re: Dart Iron Eagle heads and Hookers

Ok. Just got my headers back from the sand blaster, My oven is bigger than my blaster. I bolted up and they seem to fit but I am open to other headers. They also might be a little narrow. It does look like it makes the third plug on the left side a little hard to get to.

I went with Big Jim and the Twins myself. Never messed much with hookers though.

Re: Dart Iron Eagle heads and Hookers

I have the iron World 200 series heads and my Hookers fit fine. Have to be a little bit of a contortionist to get the plugs in and out but they aren't that hard to get to.

In looking at the illustrations on the Dart and World web sites these two heads are pretty hard to tell apart.

I would think you would be more likely to run into interference with the clutch linkage.

But you may find this to be not so in your case.
