idle

I read that the two bolt idler arm bracket it a direct fit for the stock three bolt one. On the two bolt the shaft is parallel with the bolt wholes where on the stock three bolt it is not. How bad does it affect the steering switching to the two bolt? My goal is to replace the bracket and use a roller idler arm. Will this change work with stock p/s? 64 falcon/260

Re: idle

The two bolt idler bracket bolts right on and does not affect steering in any way. I used the same set up with quick steer and bearings on my conversion.
