crossmember

I'm very happy with my Rod & Custom Mustang II kit that I installed in my Fairlane recently. Rides and handles great!

I pointed out the link and Ebay auction due to the fact that his other post leads you to believe he is young and lacking funds.

And the R&C kit and all the other aftermarket kits are anywhere from $1800 to $2500. At least everything I have seen?

Several Falcon guys have purchased the R&C cross member and installed Mustang II suspension parts. That's why I posted their web site. I've heard that with their cross member there is no notching or guess work.

thanks guys yea im still doing some homework on this stuff but im hopping to buy the crossmember withen 3 weeks and get the comet rolling around

Is your Comet a V8 car or 6 cyl car? Have you done your homework on oil pan clearance?

thats the thing its a 6 cyl so it never had a crossmember and the oil pan i can find one and then again it never had a rack so idk im gonna have the guy buy it for me
