Might be a stupid question...

This might sound like a stupid question but can anyone tell me how to remove the fenders on a 69 falcon? I see the bolts inside of my engine compartment but i know there has to be more involved than that. Any insight would be appreciated, i dont want to wind up screwing those up too like my dashboard

Re: Might be a stupid question...

There's one at the top of the fender if you open the door and look in the jamb, then there is one at the bottom below the door hinges also...

Here is where they are on my Falcon.... And on a 66 Stang as well...

The X's represent the areas you generally find bolts.

Re: Might be a stupid question...

How about the one up front of the tire, that is on end of a frame mounted brace? Stops the rattles there too. Think this is a 1/4 x 20 bolt.
