I find that removing the hood makes it a little easier.

I don't have any buddies at least any who want to pull a motor.
All my buddies are old farts and all they want to do is drink beer, fart and bitch.

This all really helps thanks guys i think im going to start it sometime next weekend i appreciate all of this. Soon its cylinder head removal and engine compartment paint time and its back to the forums!

If you supply all the beer that they can drink, then they will drink your beer, fart, bitch and pull the engine for you! It's funny how beer used as a form of psychology and economics can work for you in these types of situations. LOL!
