I use to have 6102's. The 6901's fit a 66-70 Falcon/Fairlane, Mustang and Maverick.

Re: 6901 hooker headers 1963?

I have 6901's on my 61 falcon. I had to dimple one of the right hand down tubes to clear the idler arm, but they fit otherwise.

Cujodog,
I have 63 2dr sedan (orig. 6cyl.) it now has a 95 cobra gt roller motor in it, I had Hooker long tube headers on it and they hit every thing. I took them off and used headman 88400s.Great fit and cleared every thing. The only issue is to get your exhaust guy to tweek the header coupler to tail pipe on the drivers side. No boggie. This will clear the pitman arm on a hard left turn. Mine also has a t-5 5speed with clutch cable (not modern drive line) like later model Mustang. The cable was a straight shot to bell housing tab . plenty of clearence and no danger of a burnt cable.
Hope this helps:
