This is from last December, showing car to my son (home on leave) and my big brother. Brother is the one plugging his ears.
This is the brother that really started it for me with Fords. He bought a new '64 Fairlane Sport Coupe in late '64. Also watched him head off to his senior prom in his buddies '63 406 tri power Galaxie.
Sucks gettin' old, don't it bro'?

PS - I always thought injection on gas would be easier to start. Not this one.

Murff that sounds GREAT!
But, I'd almost bet it would start better if you used a Ford Starter and took that Chrysler sounding thing out...

This brother was like most big brothers, a real PITA to me. But... He did sell me my 1st cool Ford back in '72 - A silver & black '60 T-Bird, for the princely sum of $300. Man, what a cruiser that was.
A few years later when I picked up my '70 429SCJ Drag Pak Torino he was right there waiting for the keys to be dropped into his hands so he could take it out for the weekend. Of course he didn't leave me high & dry. He gave me the keys to his '74 T-bird. What a yacht.
Them wuz the days.
